Lock up your best seat in Hijack's New Year, New Stacks freerolls – headlined by a $26,000 GTD main event. With three events happening on the same day, the more you grind, the bigger pot you can play for. 

It's all about hours on the tables. From January 3–30, 2026, every real-money cash game hour you play on Hijack counts toward your New Year, New Stacks tracker.

Hit a higher tier, and you qualify for a bigger freeroll, all the way up to the $26K GTD main event. You’ll receive one entry into the highest tier you reach.

How it Works

QUALIFYING PERIOD: January 3rd – January 30th, 2026 (11:59PM CT)

QUALIFYING GAMES Blinds $0.25 / $0.50 or HIGHER only: CASH GAMES (NLH, PLO & PLO HI/LO)*

The app will help you keep track of your hours/tiers!

Tiers (One seat per user, you qualify for the highest tier you achieve.) 

  • Tier 1 – 50–119 hours:  $10 table cash bonus

  • Tier 2 – 120–174 hours: Seat in the $5K Freeroll

  • Tier 3 – 175–249 hours:  Seat in the $10K Freeroll

  • Tier 4 – 250+ hours: Seat in the  $26K Freeroll 

*Details/FAQs:

  • Only hours played at $0.25 / $0.50 blinds or HIGHER will count toward qualification.
  • Multi-table play multiplies your hours. Example: 30 minutes played on two tables simultaneously counts as 1 full hour.

    Q: Do my hours reset each week?
    A: No. This is a single monthly tracker. All qualifying hours from January 3–30 are cumulative toward your final tier.

    Q: Can I play in more than one freeroll?
    A: No. You will receive one reward based on the highest tier you reach. For example, if you reach 250+ hours, you will play the $26K Freeroll only, not the $5K or $10K events.

    Q: Where do I see my tier and freeroll seat?
    A: Your current hours and tier will be visible on the New Year, New Stacks tracker inside the Hijack app. 

The Big Day – Sunday, February 1st 

On February 1st, qualified grinders take their seats in Hijack’s New Year, New Stacks freerolls – a three-tier finale headlined by a $26,000 GTD main event. With all three events firing on the same day, the more you grind in January, the bigger the pot you get to play for.

Event Schedule

• 11:00 AM – $5K GTD Freeroll – for players in Tier 2  (120–174 hours)

• 2:00 PM – $10K GTD Freeroll – for players in Tier 3  (175–249 hours)

• 4:00 PM – $26,000 GTD Freeroll – for players in Tier 4  (250+ hours)
