Hijack Poker $50K Seat Giveaway – Official Terms and Conditions

1. Sponsor

The Sponsor of this Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is Hijack Poker, an online Texas-based poker platform.

2. Eligibility

This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Texas who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Entrants must be in good standing with both Hijack Poker and Texas Card House. Affiliates of Hijack Poker and Texas Card House may participate. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of Hijack Poker, Texas Card House, and their subsidiaries are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

3. Agreement to Rules

By participating, entrants (“You”) agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. You represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. Entrants agree to look solely to the Sponsor with any questions, comments, or issues related to the Sweepstakes.

4. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins on October 2, 2025, at 10:00 AM Central Time and ends on October 11, 2025, at 11:59 PM Central Time (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

5. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete both of the following actions during the Entry Period:

Follow Hijack Poker’s official account on Instagram or Facebook, and
Comment on the official Giveaway post (up to five [5] comments per participant).

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning. Any attempt to enter more than the stated limit using multiple accounts, identities, devices, or automated systems is prohibited and may result in disqualification.

6. Prize

Two winners will each receive one (1) entry seat to Hijack Poker’s $50,000 Guaranteed Tournament (Approximate Retail Value: $220). One winner will be selected from Instagram entries and one from Facebook entries. The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted, assigned, or redeemed for cash. All prize details are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Any and all federal, state, or local taxes and any other expenses related to the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be chosen at random under the supervision of the Sponsor after the Entry Period ends. Winners will be notified via direct message on the platform through which they entered (Instagram or Facebook). Each winner must respond within eight (8) hours of notification. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim the prize in time, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. The Sponsor shall not be liable for a winner’s failure to receive notification due to spam filters, incorrect contact information, or other technical issues.

9. Rights Granted by Entrants

By entering this Sweepstakes, You grant the Sponsor the right, where permitted by law, to use your name, likeness, username, entry, and statements for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes without further compensation or notice. You warrant that your entry (e.g., comment) does not infringe upon any third-party rights. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor from any claims related to your entry content.

10. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or undermines the Sweepstakes in any way. Attempts to deliberately damage any platform or undermine the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil laws, and the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted.

11. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Hijack Poker, Texas Card House, their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, from:
(i) participation in the Sweepstakes;
(ii) acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize;
(iii) technical or human errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes;
(iv) unauthorized intervention;
(v) lost, late, or misdirected communications.

12. Dispute Resolution

This Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under or related to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in Travis County, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Entrants waive the right to participate in any class action or class arbitration.

13. Social Media Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook. By entering, You release Instagram and Facebook of all responsibility and liability.

14. Winners List

To request the names of winners, contact the Sponsor within one (1) week after the end of the Entry Period.

15. Acceptance of Rules

By entering, You affirmatively acknowledge that You have reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules, Terms, and Conditions.
